Shanti Collection

Shanti Hospitality oversees a collection of luxury hotels across EMEA, each with its own identity but lacking a cohesive system. The challenge was to create a unified brand framework that strengthened the Shanti umbrella while tying together individual properties, delivering consistency and clarity across social, print, and digital touchpoints.

Shanti Hospitality

Shaping a Collective Identity

Shanti’s hotels each carried distinct identities but lacked a unifying system. The solution was to strengthen the Shanti International brand first making it accessible, organised, and easy to implement across international teams. The outcome was a cohesive framework that unified all properties, enhanced professionalism, streamlined production through standardised templates, and preserved each hotel’s individuality within a consistent brand family.

Nira Alpina

From Alpine Trails to Ski Slopes

Situated in the Swiss Alps, Nira Alpina is a seasonal property that transforms with the year. In summer, it offers a breezy, picturesque escape for hiking and romance, while in winter it becomes a vibrant ski resort with direct access to the alpine slopes.

The Challenge

The dual nature of the hotel meant a complete shift in focus between seasons, with different target audiences to address. This had to be reflected seamlessly across social media, the website, and all digital and print materials ensuring campaigns were relevant, sales-driven, and seasonally aligned without downtime.

In addition, the hotel partnered with international events and high-profile collaborations, from celebrity chefs to the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival. Communicating these partnerships clearly and effectively to the right audiences was essential to maintaining visibility and reinforcing the hotel’s prestige.

Nira Caledonia

Preserving the Past

Located in Edinburgh’s New Town, Nira Caledonia is a Grade A listed Georgian townhouse set in the characterful Stockbridge neighbourhood. With its preserved heritage, the hotel embraces its limitations such as no lift or air conditioning, as part of its charm, offering guests an authentic experience of vintage architecture and historic living.

The Challenge

The hotel attracts American travellers drawn to Scotland’s history and ancestry. The identity balanced Georgian heritage with the offbeat charm of Stockbridge, using minimal design aligned with the Shanti family and historic cues from Blackwood’s Magazine. Collaborations with National Geographic and Condé Nast extended the brand voice internationally through tailored copy and adapted visuals.

Shanti Maurice

Island Luxury, Redefined

Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa is a five-star luxury property on the secluded south coast of Mauritius, set among 36 acres of tropical gardens with direct access to pristine beaches. Known for its private villas, award-winning spa, and immersive cultural experiences, the resort blends barefoot luxury with authentic Mauritian character.

The Challenge

Shanti Maurice has its own in-house team handling social media and guest engagement. My work supported the Shanti brand across video production, website content, and strategic alignment, ensuring resort-level materials carried the unified Shanti visual system.

To ensure visual and narrative consistency with the Shanti brand family while letting Shanti Maurice express its tropical elegance and luxury. The creative content needed to reflect both high-end resort standards and authentic Mauritian atmosphere (culinary, spa, gardens) across digital, motion, and print assets.
